Dr. Gurwinder Singh completed his MBBS from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in 2012. Then he pursued MD Medicine from University of Buckingham University, UK. After doing his post graduation, he came back to India and joined Fortis Hospital Ludhiana and got enrolled in cardiology department. During his work period, he got the opportunity to handle cardiac emergencies under the guidance of seniors. Later on he joined the Piramal group in Solan, where he worked as a consultant for telemedicine. A year later, he began his private practice in Mansa, Punjab.
He handled a bulk of OPD and IPD patients. Majority of his patients were Poison, Cardiac, Snake Bite and respiratory patients as there was no other hospital in the region that provided 24*7 emergency services. He served District Mansa which encompasses 300 villages for a period of 4 years. People of Mansa have been very supportive and appreciative of his services for the region. He also took the opportunity to run a 12 bedded COVID centre in the year 2020 during his services in Mansa. Therefore in a nutshell, it has been a very experienced journey that has helped him to upgrade his knowledge and skills in the field of Medicine.
