Admission Procedure

  1. Once you have learned about SPS Hospitals, please get in touch with us by a preferred communication channel of your choice. There is a dedicated section for International Queries in the Contact Us section of this website.
  2. After receiving information, our International Patient Services Team will get back to you within 24 hours.
  3. Our expert team of medical professionals will chalk out a treatment plan and communicate all relevant treatment information. Kindly note that this plan will be devised on the medical condition &reports sent by you.
  4. A Relationship Manager from the International Patient Services Team will counsel you for the package and treatment cost. This Relationship Manager will be the single point of contact and you may contact him/her for any query.
  5. An appointment will be scheduled with the concerned medical professional after you confirm the date and time of your arrival in India.
  6. Our team will organize the in-hospital accommodation or hotel booking.
  7. An airport pick up facility shall be organized. If required, your Relationship Manager can also be present at the airport to receive and escort you to SPS Hospitals.
  8. Upon your arrival at the hospital, you shall be taken to your room directly where all your admission formalities will be completed.
  9. The medical professionals will examine you and inform you about the treatment plan, subsequent to which you shall undergo treatment.
  10. At the time of discharge you will be given a detailed discharge summary and will be advised for any follow up assistance.
  11. You shall be escorted back to the airport for the return journey to your home country.
