Department of Neurosciences at SPS Hospitals is one of premier and comprehensive neuro sciences centres across the country. The centre is one of the busiest centres that diagnoses and treats adult and paediatric patients.

Neuroscience is a branch of medicine which deals with the study and treatment of disorders of the nervous system which comprises both central and peripheral nervous systems. Central nervous system includes the brain & the spinal cord and the peripheral nervous system includes all the elements of the neural system connected to skin, eyes, ears, skin and nerves etc.
