Instructions For Visa Medical
| 1. The Candidate will be entertained as per his/her Appointment Date and Slot only. |
| 2. Visa Medical Fee is Non Refundable / Non Reschedulable. Kindly Book your appointment Cautiously. |
| 3. All the candidates should bring original passport. |
| 4. Original Passport is must for all the candidates and If the passport is submitted with the embassy only in that case photocopy of the passport along with original Aadhar Card, Voter Card or PAN mandatory. |
| 5. For UK Visa Medical Original Passport ,One Passport Size Photograph is required.and also bring Address in uk or university address. |
| 6. Kindly be informed that no attendant is allowed along with candidate and Kindly wear a mask during your hospital visit for medical. |
| 7. Candidate needs to bring his/her previous medical history along with. |
| 8. Candidate can eat any thing before his or her medical. |
| 9. For Australia and New Zealand Visa medical female candidates should not come in their menstrual period. |
| 10. Please bring along the following letters if received from EMBASSY. *CANADA-IME LETTER *AUSTRALIA- HAP ID *NEW ZEALAND – NZHR LETTER |
| 11. Please avoid wearing any NECK JEWELLERY. |
| 12. Hospital is not responsible for your Valuable Belongings. |
| 13. Please note that medical for infant is compulsory. |
| 14. Vaccinated candidates are requested to bring their final certificates or soft copy on the date of appointment. |
| 15. Please wear your contact lens or spectacles if have, and bring along old medical history of eyes if any. |
| 16. If any candidate is coming for repeat medical then he or she should carry original passport,letter from embassy and two passport photographs. |
| 17. Additional Charges may apply under the following categories in case of Australia Medical: As per the requirement of Embassy Nursing/Medical (HIV,HBSAG,HCV,TST/IGRA) Permanent Residency(HIV,TST/IGRA) Pregnancy(HBSAG) As per the old history |
| 18. In case of TATTOO, (Canada) additional charges will be applied for HBSAG and HCV tests. |
